The Mapreg Drug project was his very first healthcare project. Baulieu and his colleagues were developing a new drug, however they needed more funds to generate such a drug... so he invested in them. The drug project Charles Rosier financed was for the treatment of stroke known to cause spinal cord problems.
Charles Rosier's Chosen Profession
Charles Rosier’s very first appointment was at Lehman Brothers in 1996. Eventually, he became the manager of their Debt Capital Market Division, having moved to UBS Warburg in 1997. He is known as a good investment banker who has 15 years of experience in that market. Charles Rosier handled UBS Warburg’s French-speaking markets of France, Belgium and Quebec.
Charles Rosier’s Colorful Life Story
He followed his chosen profession (of being an investment banker) and switched jobs several times. Joining the BTG Pactual Bank, Charles Rosier worked with them until 2010. His interests include studies, extreme sports, managing environmentally-friendly activities, exploring culture and many other interests. In 1996, Charles Rosier began his career at Lehman Brothers before joining UBS Warburg Investment Bank. A while later he joined Goldman Sachs Bank where he managed the finance department.
Charles Rosier worked at SBC Warburg as their Debt Capital Manager from the year 1997-2009. He also worked at Lehman Brothers where he started his dream profession as an investment banker. Five principles (Client Focus, Long Term View, Global Thinking Presence, Meritocracy and Partnership and World-Class Governance) were set by him during his stay at BTG Pactual. In 2009, Charles Rosier joined Goldman Sachs, an American multinational investment banking company and worked as their Managing Director until the year 2010. The BTG Bank with whom he partnered is a financial institution having more than 30 years of experience, appointing 2,500 highly-qualified individuals throughout Latin America.
In order to accomplish further French qualifications, Charles Rosier took two years of additional classes in preparation. His name became big in the market because he was able to hold varied positions throughout his profession. His first Baccalaureate degree was similar to A-levels in the UK. When Charles Rosier eventually gained his degree at ESCP Europe, it became the gateway to establishing his own career.
