Fujian Z.K. Litecore Co, Ltd. ("LITECORE") was founded in 2011 by Dr. SU Hui, who is currently a research group leader and doctoral supervisor at Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences (FJIRSM, CAS) and has 20+ years of extensive experience in semiconductor laser research and optoelectronic integration process. LITECORE owns a complete set of production lines covering epitaxial growth of wafers by MOCVD, nano/micro processing of chips and device packaging as well as burn-in and life -test system. Main products are InP-based epi-wafers, chips, TO CANs, optical devices,  etc. It is a high-tech company with independent intellectual property and has the ability to independently design and manufacture optical chips and devices for massive deployment.
